Whole Health And Fitness was born out of pure passion to create positive change in women. This is not a weightloss programme. This is not a sports brand. This is a movement focused on wellbeing. We aim to educate women on how to REALLY take care of yourself, physically and mentally.

Be-In-The-Know Nutrition Programme

This 12-week programme was designed by Rae-Anna and leading nutritionist Neleta Winter. This programme will show you how important and easy it can be to TRULY look after yourself by eating delicious meals, without counting calories and or giving up all the things you love!

Hi I'm Rae-Anna, founder of Whole Health And Fitness.

For years I struggled with obesity, anxiety and depression often depending on fad diets and medication for short term fixes.

In 2015 I fell in love with running and although I lost lots of weight, my body became exhausted. After a serious injury I found myself spiralling. Instead of emotionally eating I started to research the power that food has on our body and  mind - I was staggered by what I learnt. In under 3 months, I turned my mental health back around, simply by stopping eating foods that were triggering my condition.

And now together with a team of experts, I have created the  #wholesolution - getting active, strengthening your mind and, where it all starts, learning how to effectively fuel your body through my Be-In-The-Know 12-week nutrition programme.
