The 12 week Lifestyle Reset Programme focuses on 4 key areas
Learn to run
Our journey begins in person, learning to run. This is a super-fun and gentle process using the ever-popular and effective BBC Couch to 5K app, making it easy to keep track of your progress throughout the 12 weeks. Our aim is to enjoy the journey of learning to run so that we actually want to do it and reap the rewards of those great big dopamine hits, which support our mental happiness as well as our physical health.
Yoga Stretch
After our weekly run, we turn to yoga to stretch and oxygenate our bodies. Our aim is to bring suppleness into our body, release ourselves from pain and prevent dis-ease from taking hold, with the aim of bringing long term happiness and health into our lives.
Mindfulness Practice
At the end of our yoga practice, we move into our relaxation time. We will learn to switch off from the hustle bustle of our busy minds and take time to reconnect with ourselves, bringing with it peace, patience and acceptance into our everyday lives.
Food For Thought
Once our in person session has ended, we reconnect during the week online to learn about how we can nourish our bodies and our brain through the food we eat and drinks we drink. This is a super-empowering nutrition programme created in a way that enables you to continue eating and drinking things you enjoy by making small adaptations based on the things you learn throughout the programme. No fad dieting, no counting points or calories, no weighing in and no cupboard overhauls. You’ll be able to create sustainable changes that support not just your own health and happiness, but also the health and happiness of your loved ones, with new yummy treats that can filter through the generations.

What’s great for me is I still feel the effects even after finishing the course.
